Manufacturing and delivery period

The manufacturing period is 40 days from receipt of payment of 50% of the total order. After 40 days, delivery time varies depending on the destination. We estimate a delivery time of one week.

Customisation

Our furniture can be fully customised, both in terms of finishing and upholstery. We have a closed selection of 10 finishes and 5 types of fabrics, which can be found in many colours. Look at Rioma’s website. You can also send us your fabric and we will upholster the product with it.

Returns

If the product arrives with any defect or fault, it can be returned and replaced by another one.

Projects

We carry out interior design projects in wood at a local level, as well as contract projects at a national level.

Shipping costs

It depends on the size and weight of the product and the destination of the shipment.

Tailor-made design

We can create the furniture of your dreams with a simple reference, thanks to our in-house design team, which will guide you throughout the process.

Maintenance

As the furniture is 100 % organic and made of solid wood, we do not recommend the use of chemical products for its maintenance. It would be enough to clean it with a damp cloth.
